HSE Advisor – Steel Plant – Lulea We are currently partnering with a multinational Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation services provider with offices across Europe. Due to continued growth in their industrial arm, they are now seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team in Lulea, Sweden. Responsibilities • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure project activities comply with Swedish and EU health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as client and company requirements. Requirements Must have a NEBOSH or equivalent Health and Safety qualification Benefits €65,000 + Full Rotational Package
• Risk Management – Conduct risk assessments, method statement reviews, and regular site inspections to proactively identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Training & Awareness – Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted HSE training sessions to staff and subcontractors to promote best practice.
• Incident Management – Lead incident and near-miss investigations, maintain accurate records, and track close-out of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and engineering teams to integrate HSE standards into planning and execution and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably on large scale industrial construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden
